Minor Service

Lube, oil change and fluid levels checked. Replace oil filter, run engine check for leaks. Clean air filter housing and inspect element. Inspect and adjust air pre-heat system, check condition of hoses, clamps and coolant. Check security and condition of exhaust system, front and rear suspension and steering components. General safely inspection and report.

Major Service

Lube, oil change and fluid levels checked. Replace oil filter, run engine and check for leaks. Clean air filter housing and renew element. Inspect and adjust air pre-heat system. Replace fuel filter and inspect for leaks. Pressure test cooling system, check condition of hoses, clamps and coolant. Complete and electronic tune up. Check security and condition of exhaust system, front and rear suspension and steering components. Lube and inspect transmission linkages. Check drive train components. General safely inspection and report. Remove wheels and inspect front and rear brakes. Adjust brakes including handbrake. Inspect tyres for irregular wear, including spare, and check pressures. Tighten wheel nuts. Inspect/clean battery. Inspect drive shafts and CV joints condition. Clean down engine and gearbox. Full detail of vehicle, including removing rubbish, checking service sticker, removing car mats and vacuuming interior, interior dressing the dashboard and door panels as necessary, tyre black the tyres, mudflaps and floor mats as necessary, spread polish over the car and remove, armourall front and rear bumpers and black strip along the side of the car as necessary, clean inside and outside of all windows using windex and clean road grime off inside of doors.

Brakes Service

Overhaul front and/or rear brakes including raising the vehicle and removing the wheels. Dismantle and remove the brakes caliper/lining assemblies. Have the discs/drums machined. Replace the brake pads/linings. Reassemble and refit the brake caliper/lining assemblies. Refit wheels, lower vehicle and road test.

Cooling System Service

Flush and replace the cooling system fluid. Run the vehicle up to operating temperature and recheck the fluid level. Adjust as necessary. Run the vehicle up to operating temperature for a second time. Recheck fluid level and adjust as necessary. Road test. Final check and adjustment as necessary.

Autotrans Service

Road test auto transmission. General inspection for oil leaks and condition of selector linkages, driveshaft universal joints, transmission mounts and tightness of all bolts etc. Flush oil. Remove pan and filter, inspect and clean. Check and adjust bands and all controls as required. Refit all units. Re-fill transmission and torque converter with specified transmission fluid. Adjust as required. Check and adjust kickdown. Inspect vacuum lines etc. Inspect, lubricate and adjust selector linkages as required.

Full Detail

Remove rubbish from the car. Check service sticker, oil, coolant, brake fluid and windscreen washer reservoir. Remove car mats and vacuum interior. Interior dressing the dash board and door panels as necessary. Check tyre pressures and tyre black the tyres, mudflaps and floor mats as necessary. Clean inside and outside of all windows using windex. Clean road grime off inside of doors and inspect for any anomalies.

Tyre Replacement

Fit, balance and align any size of new Maxxis tyres.
